Missing an item from order?

If any item or part is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 7 days from dispatch to resolve the issue. Please note that the items or parts may sometimes be shipped separately.

An incorrect item shipped to customer?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for the arrangement to replace it. We will arrange the return postage.  A refund will be given back if we do not have a replacement item.

Claims, Warranty & return

There is generally on average a 2 to 3 month warranty period which again can differ according to the manufacturer’s warranty period.

You are required to contact us within 7 business days if the item arrives damaged.  Please do mention detailed description and provide images or a short video of the damaged product in order to proceed with a replacement or refund process.

Please provide your order number or copy of tax invoice to make a claim. You must describe the issue properly and give evidences to help your case, and please do state what you want – replacement, repair, refund or credit.

The warranty for products is completely discrete and we entertain any claim based on manufacturer’s policy. All claims are analyzed before making any decision. Any claim cannot be entertained if the related product is not used as guided or damages caused to. 

What does the warranty cover?

  • Faulty product
  • Manufacturers or company defect
  • Quality control issues

What does the warranty not cover?

  • Improper handling of the product (Negligent unpacking)
  • Intentional or unintentional damage to the product
  • Not following proper guidelines for installation
  • Intentional or unintentional physical damage or cosmetic damages
  • Any damage or error that is not due to faulty construction/manufacturing.
  • Damage caused by unattended children or pets
  • Commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless stated by manufacturer)
  • Unsupervised use of the product

In case of damage or fault occurrence to the product due to user’s negligence shipping cost is not covered for repair or replacement of the product. 

What can you claim?

In case of a faulty product or a manufacturer defect you can claim either one of them,

  • Repair of the product
  • Refund (As per seller’s guidelines)
  • Replacement of the product or a part of the product that may be faulty
